In this small group circuit training (max.12 persons) I prepare you with an intense functional warm-up and technique training suitable for the upcoming workout. It’s important for me to familiarize you with individual exercises in order to perform them technically correct to rock the circle together afterwards! With cool music and elements of Functional Training, High Intensity Cross-Workouts as well as some Agility Training, this is a very unique and fun Bootcamp for motivated athletes of all fitness levels!

Battle Rope

This high intensity tool works for core stability and shoulders. Training in the right posture is of central importance!

Kettlebell Swing

This is one of the more technically demanding exercises. Therefore a solid stand and an explosive hip extension is significant.

Kai's Bootcamp takes place every Friday at 7.00am and Sunday at 1.00pm and 2.00pm (depending on the number of participants) in the course room of Fitness First gym in Munich-Haidhausen. It is limited to12 athletes per flight (“first come first serve”). On good weather conditions, the Bootcamp may also take place on Fitness First’s sunny terrace or in the park at the Friedensengel. The participation fee amounts to 15€ per person. Please register again for each week!
