Kai’s Bootcamp

In this small group circuit training (max. 8-10 persons) I prepare you with an intense warm-up and technique training for the upcoming workout. It’s important for me to familiarize you with individual exercises in order to perform them technically correct to rock the circle together afterwards! With cool music and elements of Functional Training, High Intensity Cross-Workouts and Thaiboxing this is a very unique and fun Bootcamp!

Battle Rope

This high intensity tool works for core stability and shoulders. Training in the right posture is of central importance!

Kettlebell Swing

This is one of the more technically demanding exercises. Therefore a solid stand and an explosive hip extension is significant.

Kai's Bootcamp takes place every Sunday at 1.00pm and 2.00pm at Fitness First in Munich-Haidhausen and is limited to 8-10 athletes per flight (“first come first serve”). Depending on weather and room availability, the Bootcamp may also take place outdoors at the Friedensengel. The participation fee amounts to 10€ per person. Please register again for each week!
