In this small group circuit training (max.12 persons) I prepare you with an intense functional warm-up and technique training suitable for the upcoming workout. It’s important for me to familiarize you with individual exercises in order to perform them technically correct to rock the circle together afterwards! With cool music and elements of Functional Training, High Intensity Cross-Workouts as well as some Agility Training, this is a very unique and fun Bootcamp for motivated athletes of all fitness levels!
