Personal Trainer Munich

I strongly believe in the five conditional skills!

In a Munich Gym where Sports, Fitness & Lifestyle come together

I have changed my life to be a Personal Trainer. Now I am doing what I am really passionate for!

After being in a job in a corporate environment for a couple of years I realised that I wasn't particularly happy with it. I decided to improve my personal fitness training skills because I was extremely dissatisfied with my current job, doing work day in and day out that did not excite me at all. This brought changes in many parts of my life. I have acquired several trainer licenses in the last few years. But that wasn't enough for me, I was still hungry for more knowledge and so shortly after I studied the B. A. Sports & Training Science to gain an even deeper knowledge that I want to pass on to each of my clients. Successfully completed! ;-)

As long as I can think, sports played an important role in my life, which made the decision easy to work as a Personal Fitness Trainer and put all energy and effort into this.

In addition to fitness training for more than 20 years, including over seven years of professional experience as a personal trainer, I also have experience in team sports (Soccer), extreme sports (Surfing, Skateboarding, Snowboarding), individual sports (Tennis) and martial arts (Thaiboxing), which i am also able to integrate in my workouts with clients.

My success-based, intelligent program design will take you out of your comfort zone without being unpleasant. Be smart with your time and training, and remember:  “No Brain, No Gain!”

Designed to be progressive and challenging, my plan will take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile. To ensure that, i never lose focus on a person's five scientifically proven conditional skills. Which are: strength, endurance, mobility, speed, coordination.

My Personal Training integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. This includes elements such as strength, mobility, agility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercises and sports performance.

I feel it is very important to explain to my clients the “why” behind their exercises and movement patterns. Consequently, goal setting becomes an integral part of all my programs. YOU are completely responsible for your fitness level and quality of life. It is up to YOU whether you make excuses or take action to make changes. YOU have the ability to achieve whatever fitness level you want if YOU put forth enough desire and effort.

"No Brain, No Gain!"
